How do we put knowledge into practice?

Meeting global sustainability goals calls for significant urban transformations. Enacting these transformations requires transdisciplinary efforts that put knowledge into practice and extract knowledge from practice. Living labs, community science and communities of practice offer a few examples of pulling together private and public, academic and civil society to do just that.
